An end of an era...

I've officially moved out. It's been three great years living in the blue box on Park Ave., otherwise known as 5824.

While I was there, we pioneered not a 2TV system, but a 3TV system. We prided ourselves on BBQs. We got rid of bad produce by taking batting practice. We made our movie props on Weapons Making Day. We decided to make the SwingQuick because we thought the QuickSwing cost too much. We put on a comedy show. We learned that Vegas is the only way to watch the NCAA tournament. We hosted a low, low stakes poker game. We had lots of laughs. We started this very blog.

As difficult as it is, I have to close this chapter of my life. I will be moving down to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School. I'll be there for three years, and in all likelihood, I'll be staying on Southern California post-graduation.

When I moved back from Philly, the three of us made a specific choice to move in together. We were all in youth ministry and made an effort to support one another in our respective ministries as a community. Now, as I move on from youth ministry into law, I'm sure that I will get their support in other ways.

I'm very thankful for my time at 5824. I can only hope the next phase of my life is as gracious as this one was.

Signing off,
Danny
