I've been watching a lot of the Food Channel this week because it's Grillin and Chillin week. (It was The West Wing week on bravo last week.) And after grilling a few steaks tonight, I am convinced that it has been far too long since the last 5824 BBQ. We're a little late for Memorial Day, but we must have one soon. Any suggestions as to when might be a good weekend to cook a whole lot of cow?
